Just Dunkers’ stands behind our products 100%. We only use the finest ingredients with no substitutions and have no preservatives or additives in our product. We want all our customers and recipients to be fully satisfied. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will work diligently to resolve the matter. Since all purchases are taken individually we will work closely with the individual to find the perfect alternative, either by replacing the product, reimbursement, or by giving credit for any future orders. The guarantee will be broken if the customer has provided the incorrect address or shipping information.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all shipping arrangements, which include shipping and handling charges. The charges are determined by weight, location, and method of shipping. Just Dunkers will not incur loss when items are damaged or lost during shipping. If a natural disaster occurs there will be delays and to have the ability to substitute for a product that is equal or greater in value to ensure delivery. STORING

We recommend for the freshest taste that once you have received the products to immediately place them in air tight containers.

NUTS

Most of the products contain nuts and we do advise if you have allergies to nuts please do not order our product. We do follow strict sanitizing procedures, but we do produce all confectionary in the same area a there could be traces of nuts that could effect you.
